Services Provided
DigiCase Cloud provides case management and related SaaS services.
Features vary by subscription plan (Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration details.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
You agree not to misuse the service (spamming, illegal content).
Billing & Payment
Fees are charged monthly or annually based on your plan.
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
Non-payment may result in account suspension.
Intellectual Property
DigiCase Cloud software and trademarks remain the property of FFS Software Solutions.
Customers retain rights to their case data.
Liability
Service provided “as is” with uptime targets.
DigiCase Cloud is not liable for indirect damages or data loss beyond SLA commitments.
Termination
You may cancel anytime via your account.
DigiCase Cloud may suspend accounts violating these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed).
